Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in unused condition and original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@sundayvale.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Certain oversized furniture items may not be eligible for return.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications.
